Japanese firm Aida Atelier have designed the “Saijo Clinic” and is located in Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan. The project designed to creates an environment of serenity and peace for its clients, the counseling center overlooks the Shinjuku Gyoen Park on the 11th floor of a building with views of the skyline on its roof terrace.
The interior has a series of rooms that are linked together to form a space of unity and flexibility. The main area can be used for many different activities at a time because of the sliding doors that separate each room or it can be turned into a group meeting space. Closed off meeting and treatment rooms are utilized for privacy. Individual rooms are plastered in vibrant colors to create a place of harmony and rehabilitation within the treatment center and later on to daily life.
